Information you choose to send

When you email Hawkeye Web Design or use the project inquiry form, you may provide your name, email address, business name, website address, timeline, and project details. This information is used only to review your inquiry, respond to you, and discuss potential services.

Form delivery

Until a dedicated form-delivery provider is configured, the project form opens your own email application with the information filled in. Nothing is sent until you review the message and press Send.

Analytics and cookies

This website does not currently promise or depend on behavioral advertising. If privacy-respecting analytics or other cookies are introduced, the relevant provider and purpose will be disclosed here before use.

Retention and sharing

Inquiry details are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, or provide requested services. Hawkeye Web Design does not sell inquiry information. Information may be shared only with service providers needed to operate the business or when required by law.

Your choices

You may ask to review or delete inquiry information by emailing david@hawkeyewebdesign.dev. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, or security purposes.
