General information

This website describes Hawkeye Web Design’s current services and starting prices. It is general information, not a binding project proposal or guarantee that every project will fit a listed package.

Project scope and pricing

Final scope, deliverables, timing, payment terms, revision limits, monthly-service coverage, and responsibilities are defined in a written service agreement or proposal for each project. Custom functionality and unusual requirements may change the price or timeline.

Turnaround targets

One to two weeks is a target for appropriate projects after all required copy, logos, images, access, payment, and approvals are received. Timing depends on project scope and client feedback. It is not a guaranteed completion date unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Ownership and third-party materials

Ownership and delivery of custom website files are defined in the applicable service agreement. Fonts, libraries, stock images, integrations, platforms, and other third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

No performance guarantee

Accessibility, performance, analytics, and search-engine work are completed according to the agreed scope. Search rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, and third-party platform availability cannot be guaranteed.
